Scheffau ist quickly reachable and conveniently placed as regards transport facilities. Autobahn München(Munich)-Kufstein, Exit Kufstein-Süd (toll-free!) and then federal highway in the direction of Felbertauern. Only about 12 km (7,5 miles) to Scheffau from the autobahn exit.
Snow chains for cars are strongly recommended in wintertime.
